Climate Fresk USA at the Table

We were glad and honoured to bring Climate Fresk USA at the table ( 😉 ) of the Consulate of France in New York for a session dedicated to chefs, restaurant owners and hospitality leaders.

Thanks to the signature workshop, participants deciphered the Climate Change mechanisms from causes to final effects, allowing them to draft comprehensive action plans for their own restaurants.

They also surfaced the importance of playing as a group to foster new suppliers' behaviours, encourage guests, educate staff, inspire regulations in order to move, as a community, towards more sustainable practices.

We brought People together about Planet so they can make an ImpACT!
